The TELERAD company is committed to the “factory of the future” program to accelerate its digital transformation and optimize its production flows. The project to dematerialize invoices and the implementation of an EDM tool is part of this dynamic. The first functional area chosen was Supplier Purchasing Compatibility. This transversal process, involving most of the company's departments, brings concrete benefits to users.
The primary goal of the project was to limit the heavy workload of the accounting manager. The solution had to facilitate the monitoring of shortened validation circuits, avoid the circulation of “paper” copies of documents, limit manual entries, etc. The challenge was also to speed up the classification and search for invoices which were very time-consuming.
The objective for the Management is to optimize administrative monitoring, to facilitate access to information while respecting the confidentiality and traceability of processes.

Its vocation is the study, manufacturing, commissioning and marketing of radio systems for air traffic control and the navy, both in the civil and military fields.
With around fifteen engineers and technicians in the fields of radio, electronics and embedded software, TELERAD maintains a high level of R&D.
