Digital Cleanup Day is a global event , co - sponsored by the Responsible Digital Institute and World Cleanup Day – France. It aims to bring together all stakeholders in the region around the cleaning of their data, as well as the repair or recycling of their digital equipment , in order to reduce the carbon footprint.

During this week, employees will be invited to do some spring cleaning! They will have 1 hour to go through their mailbox as well as their cloud and local storage spaces in order to empty, archive and delete as much data as possible ! The objective? Annihilate as many kilos of CO2 as possible!
In addition, a BOX will be made available at the entrance to the Belharra premises in partnership with Ecologic and Les Ateliers du Bocage with the aim of recovering old telephones, working or not, to recycle or recondition them . This action will make it possible to recover a large number of phones which will be tested and given a new life with more than 80% recycled materials.
At the end of this intensive week, a friendly breakfast will be offered to take stock and present the results of this new edition of the Digital Cleanup Day. It will also be an opportunity to award prizes for the best cleaners and the best Responsible Digital ambassadors.
