Within the sales and marketing team, you will assist the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager in the development of the DocuWare product offering and in particular a new SAAS software solution designed and published under the Docu'Modules brand by Belharra Numérique .

The GED DocuWare solution associated with the Docu'Module range is aimed at all company decision-makers (HR, Finance, Sales, Production, Logistics) to dematerialize the company's documentary processes, secure and coordinate management procedures. validations. The objective is to automate or simplify information processing, to accelerate the search for information and decision-making.

The mission, supervised by the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager, aims to participate in the commercial development of this offer, lead a network of prescribers and distributors, and ensure direct prospecting via digital tools.

Tasks

Business development

  • Telephone prospecting to obtain appointments for the sales manager
  • Animation of reseller partners
  • Salesforce CRM update
  • Results reporting

 

Marketing/Communications

  • Creation of a prospect base via marketing tools (salesnavigator / sparklane)
  • Design of BtoB email marketing campaigns
  • Updating website content
  • Support for communication actions

Required profile

  • For this position, the desired profile requires a good knowledge of the business world, the organization of different functions, management principles to understand Customer needs and develop effective commercial arguments. The person must be creative and open to adapt and work independently.
  • From BAC+3 to BAC+5 training in the field of commerce
