EDM to meet traceability and auditability challenges

Belharra Numérique had the pleasure of hosting a “customer testimonial” workshop on Wednesday March 22, at the Documation show. A big thank you to the Notre Dame Foundation for this great feedback on their GED NeoLedge deployment project.

The main challenge of the project was to bring together, in the same tool, all the management of administrative documents in order to facilitate the monitoring and financial processing of projects: Implement a GED solution to process, with modern and efficient tools, all processes linked to projects supported by the Notre Dame Foundation, and respond as best as possible to funding requests.

Thanks to the solution, the Notre Dame Foundation responds to the challenges of traceability and audibility of documents linked to supported projects.
