Sciences Po Bordeaux chooses BELHARRA to implement a transversal EDM solution for its dematerialization project

BELHARRA wins the call for tenders for the implementation of a transversal EDM in the Science Po Bordeaux environment with the Elise solution from Neoledge.

The main challenges of this project revolve around the organization, communication, optimization and security of data and information passing through the establishment.

Science Po Bordeaux chose the Elise solution because it integrates perfectly and modernizes, through interfaces, the existing information system (Cocktail suite*) which manages the data common to the different application blocks. Elise then makes it possible to consolidate document management processes and automate business processes: identification, metadata, access rights, validation, storage, workflows, etc.

Acquisition, implementation and now of a transversal electronic document management solution closely linked to existing business applications.

The challenges of the project

  • Promote transversality, exchange and collaborative work between departments
  • Streamline communication within the establishment, guarantee more transparency in the progress of files, projects and information passing through departments and services
  • Improve business processes and document flow management
  • Strengthen document traceability and control of access to information
  • Sustain dematerialized information and respond to the regulatory framework for the conservation of electronic documents

The benefits of the solution

  • Meet legal constraints (electronic invoices, digital archiving, GDPR compliance, etc.)
  • Access documents anywhere, anytime (teleworking, lounges, collaborative work, etc.)
  • Implement new working methods (review and simplify processes, harmonize document management practices, modernize the IS)
