Digitize sales and purchasing administration

The LAGRANGE company , specializing in so-called “friendly and home-made” kitchen appliances, has started thinking about the modernization and digitalization of its sales and purchasing administration files.

Indeed, the company processes and stores a large number of sales-related documents and needed to streamline its work workflows.

Currently, LAGRANGE uses 2000 invoices and 1000 orders per year for the purchasing part. For the sales part, 20,000 customer orders are processed each year and just as many delivery notes and invoices.

Discussions with LAGRANGE and the large volumes led BELHARRA NUMERIQUE to recommend the DocuWare dematerialization solution to ensure optimal functioning of the company, and thus, increase productivity.

The LAGRANGE company also wanted to collaborate with a partner who would be able to support it and train its teams in configuring and handling the EDM solution so that they could operate independently following the project. Belharra Numérique's ability to meet this expectation was a criterion of choice for the client.
