The LAGRANGE company , specializing in so-called “friendly and home-made” kitchen appliances, has started thinking about the modernization and digitalization of its sales and purchasing administration files.
Indeed, the company processes and stores a large number of sales-related documents and needed to streamline its work workflows.
Currently, LAGRANGE uses 2000 invoices and 1000 orders per year for the purchasing part. For the sales part, 20,000 customer orders are processed each year and just as many delivery notes and invoices.
Discussions with LAGRANGE and the large volumes led BELHARRA NUMERIQUE to recommend the DocuWare dematerialization solution to ensure optimal functioning of the company, and thus, increase productivity.
The LAGRANGE company also wanted to collaborate with a partner who would be able to support it and train its teams in configuring and handling the EDM solution so that they could operate independently following the project. Belharra Numérique's ability to meet this expectation was a criterion of choice for the client.
Founded in 1955, LAGRANGE is a company specializing in the manufacture of household appliances dedicated to the world of convivial and homemade cooking.
Expert in the design of waffle irons, the company diversified its activity from 1980 through the manufacture of raclettes, crepe makers, and hot dogs, thus giving it a new dimension. Next will come the development of fondues, barbecues and other user-friendly devices.
LAGRANGE's strength lies in its ability to adapt to the world and the households around it, in particular by modernizing household appliances but without changing their basic use.
