The ALKAR group , made up of 8 entities (ALKAR SCOP, ALKAR GARONNE, ALKAR ATLANTIQUE, ALKAR MEDITERANNEE, ALKAR ALUMINUM, ALKAR EXPORT, ALKAR METALLERIE, ALKAR MAYOTTE) has started a reflection around the modernization and digitalization of its internal processes.
Discussions with ALKAR led BELHARRA NUMERIQUE to recommend a dematerialization solution to ensure optimal functioning of the company, and thus increase productivity.
Therefore, the DocuWare GED was chosen because of its common objectives with ALKAR, namely: the elimination of paper, the streamlining of processing processes as well as the security, sharing and traceability of documentary processes. Interoperability with Onaya ERP and Sage accounting software made DocuWare the ideal EDM solution to meet ALKAR's interfacing needs. The transversality of DocuWare will also make it possible to dematerialize, in the long term, all the processes common or not to the 8 entities.
Currently, the ALKAR SCOP entity processes more than 400 orders and 600 supplier invoices per month.
