Job description
In order to strengthen its teams, Belharra Numérique is looking for a TMA Java project manager.
Within our “Service Integration” activity, you will join a team of 4 people dedicated to one of our clients. You will be responsible for processing, in compliance with our contractual commitments, maintenance and development requests around the solutions developed and implemented for our client. You will work on the implementation of new or existing applications, with the main missions:
- Carrying out development projects (framing and costing, planning and management of production teams, assistance with acceptance, production and start-up operations).
- Systems maintenance (user support, corrective, preventive maintenance, etc.).
- Corrective maintenance: Analysis and resolution of incidents (correction of settings, functional specification with a view to modifying a specific development, search for a workaround in the event of a blockage).
- Evolutionary maintenance: realization of improvement requests (new functionalities, automation).
- Preventive maintenance: proposal for job monitoring solutions, non-regression tests on version updates.
In a technical context of applications developed in Java and its ecosystem, you will be the direct contact of the client project manager for all requests, functional and technical corrections/developments related to the application for which you are responsible.
Tasks :
- Taking into account the IT application in its business, functional and technical dimensions in order to ensure its maintenance in operational conditions and support.
- Handle requests issued by the TMA operational manager, or by the customer project manager.
- Carry out design phases, participate in developments, supervise the development team technically and functionally and you ensure the progress and adequacy of developments with the expressed needs.
- Participate in all weekly monitoring committees and technical meetings.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of IT and business operations.
- Mastery of methods and practice of project management tools
- Experience in managing JAVA/application development.
- Technical knowledge: Java & its ecosystem, SQL

- You have higher education in IT and have successful experience as a technical project manager with a focus on Java and its ecosystem.
- You master application architecture and IT application development and are able to understand the study and framing phases of business needs and have initial experience in a similar position.
- You master IT development in a JAVA context and the operation of a company and are capable of operating and maintaining computer software.
- Experience as a technical project manager: 5 years minimum
