Missions & Context
As a TMA JAVA Project Manager, you will be the preferred contact for our client and you will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of the business application that we have developed and that we maintain for one of our clients.
The application, the subject of the TMA, is of a strategic nature for the client, a French subsidiary of an international group. Used by the majority of commercial resources and sales administration (500 people), it covers the entire process of contracting offers, from the configuration of proposals (materials, services and financing) to electronic signature and recording contracts in integration with CRM and ERP.
Responsibilities
- You ensure that operations run smoothly in compliance with Quality indicators for Customer Support or the creation of new functional modules;
- You monitor and coordinate the processing of support requests raised by the Customer in order to make the necessary corrections or propose workaround solutions;
- You analyze, quantify and lead, in Project mode, the creation of new functionalities or application modules to take into account changes in the client's pricing policy or commercial organization.
Technical & professional qualities
- You lead the Steering Committees and coordinate technical resources while ensuring compliance with schedules
- You analyze and specify user needs in order to quantify them and conduct the validation phase with the client
- You participate in technical developments or research into corrective solutions in the event of solution malfunctions
- You control the conformity of developments and conduct the acceptance phases with the client in compliance with validated commitments (code quality, scope, deadlines, costs)
- You supervise the proper functioning, in particular of interface flows with other customer IS solutions (CRM, ERP, DataWareHouse, etc.)
Required profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the field of JAVA development, ideally with significant experience in a TMA.
- Excellent technical skills in JAVA, as well as good knowledge of frameworks and associated tools.
- Experience managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) processes would be an asset.
- You have good interpersonal skills and communication, team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
