Belharra redevelops its premises

Belharra, new offices for a modern, innovative and friendly working environment

The company must face both the growth of its activity and new expectations from employees. Quality of Life at Work is a crucial issue in human resources management and a criterion for attractiveness and team loyalty.

Going from 25 to 55 employees in 30 months, integrating 25% of its workforce into a Home Office and offering 2 days of teleworking per week requires modernizing premises and innovating in the management and organization of teams.

In recent years, the organization of work has evolved significantly, particularly with the introduction of teleworking or the increasingly frequent use of videoconferencing to facilitate meetings.

In this context, Belharra is reorganizing its premises with a new philosophy, the employee organizes himself freely between his teleworking and face-to-face time according to the tasks he has to carry out and the requirements linked to his role.

When he is face-to-face, he must be able to organize his workstation according to his needs:

  • Work in a team or with clients in collective and interactive mode
  • Working in hybrid mode, connected by videoconference
  • Be in peace with the possibility of isolating yourself
  • Share friendly moments with colleagues
  • Special office automation resources and high internet speed, access to physical servers…

The objective of General Management is both to improve the quality of life at work and the productivity of teams.

The layout of the 400 m2 premises makes it possible to offer:

  • 6 meeting rooms for 2 to 15 people equipped with video
  • 3 Open-Spaces of 10 to 16 workstations in “flex office” mode
  • A convivial space to share

The company's attractiveness is also based on its ability to offer a modern, innovative, user-friendly working environment compatible with new collaborative working methods.

“We are convinced that employee empowerment is essential and the layout of the premises contributes to this. Everyone must be able to adopt the appropriate organization for the task they have to carry out, whether teleworking, in the office or remotely, at a client's office. »
